1. Booking Policy

1.1 Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.

 

1.2 Guest Information: Please provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, contact details, and any specific

requirements or preferences, when making a reservation.

 

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

2.1 Cancellation Requests: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible.

2.2 Cancellation Standards:

• Cancellations are only honored for medical emergencies, with an acceptable written statement from your physician or surgeon. If your reservation date is moved or changed, we will accommodate your payment/deposit and apply it to your rescheduled date.

 

2.3 Non-Refundable Deposits: Any deposits made at the time of booking are non-refundable, as specified during the reservation process.

 

2.4 Refunds: Refunds for cancellations will be issued according to the original method of payment within 7-14 business days after the cancellation request is processed. The timing for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank. All deposits are non-refundable. If you paid in full, you will be refunded the amount minus the deposit if the refund is approved.

 

2.5 Policy Updates: Zen Recovery House reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Please review the policy regularly for any changes. In the event of any discrepancies, the most recent version of the policy will apply.

 

2.6 Early Checkout: Early checkout is non-refundable unless approved by staff and only for life-threatening medical emergencies.
